RETURNS & REFUNDS POLICY

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. Please read the following terms carefully — they outline our return, refund, and replacement process in accordance with Australian Consumer Law.

1. Incorrect Delivery (Wrong Item Sent)

If you receive an incorrect product, please notify us within 7 days of delivery by emailing [help@infinilife.com.au] with:

  • A clear photo of the product received
  • The original packaging with all labels and stickers attached
  • Your order number and a brief description of the issue

To be eligible for replacement, the item must be unused, undamaged, and returned in its original packaging.
This includes the original box, protective materials, and inserts, with all stickers and labels intact and unaltered (no cutting, peeling, or removal).

Once confirmed, we will arrange the return shipping at no cost to you.
After the item is received and inspected, the correct product will be dispatched immediately, with no additional postage charges.

2. Damaged Goods

If your order arrives damaged, please notify us as soon as possible after delivery — ideally within 7 days — by emailing [help@infinilife.com.au] with:

  • Photos clearly showing the damage
  • Your order number and a description of the issue

We will work with Australia Post to assess whether the goods are covered under their transit insurance.
If confirmed as damaged in transit, we will arrange for a replacement or refund at no cost to you.

Please keep all packaging and damaged items until your claim has been finalised, as they may be required for inspection.

3. Change of Mind Returns

We understand that sometimes you may change your mind or order the wrong item.
If this happens, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at [help@infinilife.com.au] to request a return.

Return Conditions

To qualify for a refund under our Change of Mind policy, all returned products must meet these conditions:

  • The item is unused, unwashed, and undamaged.
  • All original stickers, tags, and labels remain intact and attached, with no signs of cutting, peeling, or removal.
  • The item is returned in its original packaging, including the original box, protective materials, and any included inserts.
  • The product and packaging show no scratches, cracks, stains, or other damage.

Items that do not meet these standards will not be eligible for a refund.

Return Shipping

If you are returning an item due to a change of mind or because the wrong item was ordered by mistake, you will be responsible for all return postage costs.
We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance, as we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

4. Refund Processing

Once your returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you via email of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved, the refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days, however, it may take longer depending on your bank’s processing time.

Please note:

  • Refunds and returns apply only to products purchased through our official webstore.
  • We will always honour our obligations under Australian Consumer Law if a product is faulty, damaged, or misdescribed.
